Adult Criminal Record

Arrest Only

If you have an adult criminal record involving an arrest only, Arizona does allow the expungement/sealing of those adult criminal records.

Non-conviction records may not be sealed or expunged, but may be amended to notate that you have been cleared of any arrests or indictments that did not lead to conviction.
